What a wonderful place. Lovely gentleman who worked there. So friendly and chatty. Met the owner too. Such great people. Breakfast was delicious. Sat outside in the sunshine to eat it. Lovely room with everything I needed. Will stay here again.

We stayed one night in one of the 4 rooms upstairs. We arrived late and the instructions to let ourselves in worked well. Great accommodation and breakfast/coffee in the morning. Good feel to the whole place.

What a pleasant surprise! Very neat and tidy. Freshly painted and renovated. Welcoming. Great breakfast. Very chatty staff. Good location in centre of town, but surprisingly quiet after 11pm. Nearby eateries and pubs. Public car park within 100 yards. Staircase a bit torturous. So book first floor rooms! We will stay again when in Poole.

Excellent place to stay. Just imagine, you will be actually living in a cafe! Well, in a room of course, above the cafe. Rooms are nice and clean, location is perfect. And if you decide to go there, please say hello to Mike, he is a very good cook and he'll make you feel at home :)
